WSW can't skimp on form against Nix: Popa

Coach Tony Popovic says anything short of Western Sydney's recent progressive form won't be good enough against Wellington, as his side attempt to continue their upward A-League trajectory.

The Wanderers have finally caught fire, winning three matches in a row for the first time since November 2013, though Popovic urged his players to remember how their surge up the ladder has come about.

"We got them (the points) with a lot of hard work, the team is playing well collectively - defensively and in attack - and anything short of that won't be good enough tomorrow," he said on Friday ahead Saturday's clash at Pirtek Stadium.
